Officer Leadership Training Symposium |
 |
COLTS,
Company Officer Leadership Training Symposium, is an intensive and fast-paced
20-24 hour course for newly appointed, existing or aspiring company officers. |
Based upon selective
requirements of the NFPA 1021 Fire Officer Standard, the training symposium
is designed to expose the student to thought-provoking challenges and stress
the profound responsibility that the company officer has within the tactical
deployment of emergency response operations.
Presented by a faculty
of highly regarded and experienced fire service officers, commanders and
instructors, this training symposium will help chart your path for excellence
in company level operations and management.
The symposium can
be delivered over the course of a weekend, starting on Friday evening,
continuing all-day Saturday, culminating with a keynote speaker presentation
on that evening. The program continues on Sunday.
Task Force 1, Inc.,
will "roll out" the symposium in the third quarter of 2009. If you
