An Action Packed Program
Not every engine company rolls out with staffing of 5 or 6. Most work with two, three or four members on any given day. The fire doesn’t care what your staffing is. Either does the person who dialed 911. The program covers a wide range of content and best practices to improve engine company efficiency despite staffing woes. This program is appropriate for the rookie firefighter through chief officers!

- Riding assignments
- Hose loads and layouts
- Hose line management
- Working with the Truck Company
Lead Instructor Eric Dreiman Division Chief of Training – Indianapolis FD
Eric is as veteran of the Indianapolis Fire Department with over 20 years on the job. He currently serves as Division Chief for Training. Prior to this assignment Eric served on various companies throughout the city. A passionate instructor, he has instructed thousands of student across the country teach at FDIC, Firehouse Expo and Work and other training events.
