Through engaging discussions and demonstrations you will learn about the deposition process and trial testimony, learn practical tips and tricks for preparing for a deposition.

We will also discuss current hot topics such as workplace harassment/discrimination, wrongful terminations, embezzlement, social media pitfalls, dealing with photographers and videographers on scene, and much, much more.
