Tim Campbell
Currently working with the
District of Columbia Fire/EMS, Tim is a 28 year veteran of emergency services.
He worked with NYCEMS as a paramedic and was on the first Medic Unit to
arrive at the 1993 World Trade Center bombing for which he was honored
with the Medal of Excellence. Tim is certified as a Fire Instructor II
and teach at George Washington University, Texas A&M (TEEX) and with
US Departmentof Homeland Security. He is a NREMT-P and holds certifications
a HAZ/MAT Specialist, WMD Technician. |

Chris
is a Lieutenant with Montgomery Co. (MD) Fire and Rescue with 30 years
of combined fire service experience. A Hazmat Technician since 1995, he
is an operator and instructor of the Hapsite Gas Chromatograph / Mass Spectrometer.
He was President and founder of Fire Protection Today, Inc. a fire protection
consulting firm specializing in the Inspection and testing of fire protection
systems. An independent Consultant since 2001, he has assisted fire protection
engineering firms and has provided testimony as an expert witness.
A US military veteran, Chris served as a firefighter in the Air Force. |

Stedman
Jim
is a 37 year veteran of the Chicago Fire Department. Jim progressed
through the ranks, serving on busy engines, trucks, and squads as a firefighter,
engineeer, Lieutenant, and Captain. He's been a Battallion Chief
for the past ten years, currently assigned to Battalion 1 in downtown,
the busiest in runs and highest risk area of city. Jim previously worked
in Battalion 23. An instructor throughout Illinois, he specializes
in officer development and other officer programs. |

Christopher
Naum, SFPE
A
34-year fire service veteran he is the Chief of Training for the Command
Institute, Washington, DC. An internationally recognized authority on building
construction and firefighter safety, he is an Adjunct Instructor with the
National Fire Academy, and a member of the Board of Directors, IAFC Safety,
Health & Survival Section, the Open Fire Academy International and
the ISFSI. A former architect and fire protection engineer, he was the
1987 ISFSI George D. Post National Fire Instructor of the Year. He authors
the periodic column on Firehouse.com entitled Structural Anatomy focusing
on building construction, command management and firefighter safety and
also advocates and writes extensively within various fire service internet
training forums and groups including Fire Engineering, FireRescue1 and
Firefighter Nation where he authors The Command Safety and Building Construction
& Firefighter Safety Groups. He is the Second Vice President with the
International Society of Fire Service Instructors [ISFSI] and a Contributing
Editor with Firehouse Magazine and Firehouse.com. He continues to present
his popular structural anatomy building construction & firefighter
safety training series throughout the United States and internationally
and is the developer of the informational portal www.buildingsonfire.com
dedicated to building construction, command risk management and firefighter
safety, launching in 2009. He is presently authoring a new text book
integrating building construction, risk management and firefighter safety. |

Pat
Pauly
A
37 year veteran of the fire service, Pat has been employed as a resident
instructor at the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy since 1988 where he supervises
80 adjunct instructors. He is a nationally certified Firefighter III, Fire
Officer II, Fire Instructor II, and EMT. He has served as a chief
officer in the Lewistown (PA) FD. He is the Assistant Chief at the
West Granville Fire Company in Lewistown, PA. |

Jim Dugan
A 27 year veteran of the
District of Columbia Fire and EMS Department, Jim is a Battalion
Chief responsible for coordinating NIMS with DCFD. Jim has extensive engine
and truck experience with some of DC's busiest companies.
Jim also did a stint in
DC's Safety Office. He also serves on the National Capital Region
Incident Management Team. |

Steve Schellenberg |
A 3rd generation firefighter
with the Washington DC Fire Department, Steve served for over 28 years
before recent retiring as a Battalion Fire Chief from the 6th Battalion.
With 15 years of Engine
Company experience at the ranks of private, technician and Lieutenant,
5 years of Truck Company experience at the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain
and 1 year of experience in the Rescue Squad at the rank of Sergeant.
His final assignment was for 3 years as a Battalion Fire Chief. He is a
level II Instructor having served as an adjunct instructor to the Training
Division. Steve chaired the Department’s Truck Company SOP’s committee
and co-authored the Positive Pressure Ventilation procedures for
DCFD.
